This position qualifies for the Minnesota Great Start Compensation Support Payment Program! The Minnesota Great Start Compensation Support Payment Program is a new state program that provides compensation support to eligible child care centers specifically to recruit and retain child care employees who regularly care for children. HOURS PER DAY:
Candidates are hired to work part-time or full-time shifts, depending on program need. Consistent weekly schedule preferred.
DAILY SCHEDULE:
School Year Program operates 7:00 am – 8:40 am & from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. We will work with candidates to plan around schedules as much as possible.Â

RATE OF PAY:Â Â Â Â Â Â
The wage for this position ranges from $16.48 to $22.66 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. New hires will typically start at the entry-level rate within the wage range, while candidates with relevant experience may be placed at a higher starting rate. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, in consideration of the individual’s experience and the school district’s budget.
