Kids Club Lead – 9 Month

This position qualifies for the Minnesota Great Start Compensation Support Payment Program! The Minnesota Great Start Compensation Support Payment Program is a new state program that provides compensation support to eligible child care centers specifically to recruit and retain child care employees who regularly care for children. Looking for a way to make a difference in the lives of students!  Apply to be a Kids’ Club Lead.  The candidate hired for this position will provide assistance to students and support the Program Specialist in the supervision of youth in afterschool care programming.

POSITION:
Kids’ Club Lead – 9-month

LOCATION:
Elementary School Sites

HOURS PER DAY:
Candidates are hired to work part-time or full-time shifts, depending on program need.  Consistent weekly schedule preferred.

DAILY SCHEDULE:
School Year Program operates 7:00 am – 8:40 am & from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.  We will work with candidates to plan around schedules as much as possible. 

DAYS PER YEAR:                
261 (12 – month position)

RATE OF PAY:           
The wage for this position ranges from $16.48 to $22.66 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. New hires will typically start at the entry-level rate within the wage range, while candidates with relevant experience may be placed at a higher starting rate. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, in consideration of the individual’s experience and the school district’s budget.
