MNSchoolJobs’ Employer Membership is a simple annual flat-rate, subscription-based platform. We offer two types of postings, Standard and Prioritized.
Standard postings are always free to all public school employers. They appear on this site, appear in search results, they are included in job seekers’ automatic email alerts, and they are automatically indexed by Google’s Job Search engine.
Prioritized postings add value for employers by ranking at the top of search results and email alerts, and appearing as recommendations to active job seekers.

- Don’t have an online applicant tracking system? Post jobs and accept applications online through MNSchoolJobs.org.
- Spread your key postings to relevant audiences by distributing to curated resources such as:
- EdPost
- Handshake and college career services centers,
- Professional organizations such as MAESP/MASSP, MSSWA, MASP, MNSHAPE
- Social media, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram,
- CareerForce counseling network
- Add license areas and other information to your postings to better match with job seekers.
