Careers at Inver Grove Heights Schools

Inver Grove Heights Schools (ISD 199) is a public school district of 3,600 students in preschool through 12th grade serving the communities of Inver Grove Heights, South St. Paul, and parts of West St. Paul, Mendota Heights, and Eagan. The district seeks to inspire students, innovate in its programming, and help students excel and make a positive impact on our community.

ISD 199 includes three elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school.   One of our elementary sites, Salem Hills, also offers the Atheneum Gifted Magnet Program, a National Blue Ribbon School, for high-achieving students in grades 2-5, and Simley High School’s award-winning Alternative Learning Program provides a smaller learning environment with individualized curriculum to support eligible juniors and seniors.
