South Washington County Schools (SoWashCo Schools) is the second-largest employer in Washington County - second to Anderson Windows

SoWashCo Schools has approximately 19,360 K-12 students attending our 16 elementary schools, four middle schools, three traditional high schools and two non-traditional high schools.

SoWashCo Schools staff provides programming for students of all ages starting at birth with our Early Learning programs (Early Childhood Family Education, Early Childhood Special Education and Preschool) to our Kindergarten through Grade 12 students and Adult Education classes. We also offer educational opportunities through our Community Education program, available to everyone in our communities.
