Hmong College Prep Academy

Hmong College Prep Academy’s mission is to provide the best integrated, challenging, and well-rounded educational experience to students in grades K-12.

HCPA is a K-12 charter school that provides its students with a college-focused curriculum. The school is composed of over 165 licensed teachers (64-MA or higher), 20 paraprofessionals and 45 district/admin. personnel; all of whom share the ideology that all students, regardless of socio-economic background, will be given the opportunity to pursue a post-secondary education. Since '04, HCPA has expanded its campus five times to serve the needs of their stakeholders.

Middle School ELL Teacher

HCPA is a Title I Charter School that serves students through a school-wide plan for instruction that is focused on the needs of at-risk students. The Middle School ELL Teacher is responsible for instructing English language learners and supporting learning in the grade 6-8.

Middle School Science Teacher

HCPA is a Title I Charter School that serves students through a school-wide plan for instruction that is focused on the needs of at-risk students. The Middle School Science Teacher is Responsible for instructing middle school students from grades (6-8).

High School Chemistry Teacher

HCPA is a Title I Charter School that serves students through a school-wide plan for instruction that is focused on the needs of at-risk students. The High School Hmong Chemistry Teacher is Responsible for instructing High School students from grades (9-12). Instruct students in courses of study such as reading, language arts, social studies, mathematics, and science and create a well-rounded comprehensive instructional program.

High School Business/Technology Teacher

HCPA is a Title I Charter School that serves students through a school-wide plan for instruction that is focused on the needs of at-risk students. The High School Business/Technology Teacher is Responsible for instructing High School students from grades (9-12). Create a flexible classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth. Instruct students in courses of study and create a well-rounded comprehensive instructional program.

High School Social Studies Teacher

HCPA is a Title I Charter School that serves students through a school-wide plan for instruction that is focused on the needs of at-risk students. DAPE/Work-Based Learning Coordinator

HCPA is a Title I Charter School that serves students through a school-wide plan for instruction that is focused on the needs of at-risk students. The Work- Based Learning Coordinator assists students (grades 9-12, ages 14-21) in their search for jobs, volunteering opportunities and internships in the community as part of the Occupational Internship offered to all students.
