Student Support Monitor – Central Middle School

The Student Support Monitor will support students who are demonstrating a need(s). This staff member will process with and/or coach students in order to equip them with necessary skills to experience success in class.To support students who are demonstrating a need(s). POSITION:

 STUDENT SUPPORT MONITOR

LOCATION:

 Central Middle School

CLASSIFICATION – RATE OF PAY:

 MSEA 4, $23.98/hour

HOURS PER DAY, WORKING DAYS PER YEAR:

 1.25 hours/day, 178 days/year

START & ENDING TIME: 

 4:15 PM to 5:30 PM

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • One year working with children.
  • Knowledge of district policies and procedures.
  • Ability to problem solve, be sensitive to the needs of students, demonstrate effective interpersonal and organizational skills, patience and flexibility, and maintain confidentiality. 
  • Basic computer skills.
