Salary: As per the Paraprofessional Master Contract Salary Schedule
Job Summary: Special Education Paraprofessional will provide instructional and behavioral support for students with significant behavioral needs. This position involves working with special education students as an academic assistant within the mainstream classroom or in a one-to-one situation. Special Education Para to work with students with significant behavioral disabilities. Emphasis on quality relationships with students and colleagues. Must receive a sense of fulfillment when shaping children who are learning skills such as self-control and emotional regulation. Candidate experience in elementary setting strongly preferred.
