Position Overview:Â Clerical Level III – Guidance Clerk
Hours/Day: 8 hours/day
Days/Year: 261 daysÂ
Compensation/benefits: Association of Clerical Employees
Primary Responsibilities:Â
- Assist the administrator by providing students, staff and community with knowledgeable and professional administrative support services, in addition to data management, student tracking, budget management and working with various technology applications in an efficient and timely manner so that overall district educational objectives may be achieved. This position will also directly support building wide substititue coverage. Â
Education/Certification Requirement:Â
- 2 years of post-secondary education or any combination of applicable experience and education Â
Experience:
- At least 2 years of previous office, computer and accounting experience, if applicableÂ
