Position Description:
This position is responsible for assisting with all Human Resources data entry tasks, specifically benefits, 1095s,and data requests.
Â
Typical Responsibilities:Â
- Provides advanced and specialized administrative support to the Human Resources department in the area of benefits, data entry, and data requests which include;
- Daily data entry of benefits enrollment
- Insurance payroll data entry and verification
- Annual reporting with ACA, Non-discrimination testing, etc.
- Assist in annual benefit enrollment and employee Wellness events
- Compile employee/contract information for district data requests
- Assists with human resource reporting for various State and Federal laws and guidelines.
- Compile information and prepare and maintain various records and reports related to employee information, such as benefits, rates, retirements, terminations, insurance plans, contracts, payments, and financial activity, while maintaining confidentiality expectations.
 Training and Experience Requirements (see attached job description for complete list):Â
- High school diploma or GED;
- four years administrative support or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understanding of benefits preferred.
- Experience with Skyward and ability to run reports
- Preparing correspondence, memos, and/or other related information
- Must be proficient with Excel spreadsheets
