Breckenridge Public School District is currently seeking dynamic and personable individuals to fill the following positions for the 2024-2025 school year:

Elementary Classroom Teacher – 1.0 FTE position 

Qualifications:

  • Minnesota Elementary  K-6 Teaching license or ability to get one
  • Ability to build relationships with students and families
  • Skills in differentiating instruction and classroom management
  • Prefer experience in Project Based Learning, Active Classroom Strategies, Balanced Literacy Reading, Summative/Formative Assessments and Standards Based Reporting
  • Cooperative professional approach to teaching and learning
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Strong technology, flexibility, and organization skills.
  • Belief that all students can achieve at high levels and meet high expectations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and other team members
  • Energetic, passionate and inspiring educator

EXTRA-CURRICULAR DUTIES: Extra-curricular opportunities may be available.
 
SUPERVISION: The teacher reports to the building principal.
 
COMPENSATION: According to the current master agreement which can be found on the website under employment opportunities/master agreements.
