ECFE-School Readiness Coordinator


Kingsland Public Schools has a .4 FTE, ECFE (Early Childhood Family Education) and School Readiness Coordinator teaching position available for the 2024-2025 school year. 

Candidates must be licensed by the Minnesota Department of Education as a Family Education/Early Childhood Educator or hold a Parent and Family Education license and an Early Childhood Education license. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to shape Kingsland's Early Childhood Family Educational programming and work with a supportive staff.

This educator is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring all early childhood programs, including Early Childhood Family Education, School Readiness, and Early Childhood Screening. Applicants must be able to facilitate group discussions with parents, understand child and parent development, relate to families, and be sensitive to their needs while providing a positive atmosphere.

Salary: Based on Master Agreement

Coaching/advisory positions are also available.
