Jub Summary: Coordinate, control, and maintain the district-wide Student Information System Database. Coordinate and administer all major SIS functions as required to maintain local, state, and federal compliance with data management and reporting. Coordinate and administer all interpretations and implementations of the MARSS student accounting procedures to generate and provide accurate and timeline driven data file submissions to the State of Minnesota Department of Education resulting in the turn-around reports for the School District’s revenue funding. Coordinate, administer, and oversee completion of all state level reporting (including DIRS and MCCC), federal level reporting (including CRDC), and locally defined reports as needed for district staff or cross database integrations.
Administer and perform technical support for the District’s student information and accounting systems, including performance of daily maintenance, yearly conversions, and troubleshooting problems to obtain solutions. Provide assistance and instruction to end-users by troubleshooting, identifying, and solving technical issues. Examples of database functions supported include but not limited to: attendance, discipline, transcripts, , demographics, assessment data warehousing, data extracts and formatting, data imports, data migrations, automated procedure development, gradebook setup, report card setup, and others.  Â
This is a fulltime benefit eligible position working 48 weeks per year.
The salary range is based on Level IX (C42)of the Coordinators, Supervisors and Specialists Terms and Conditions of Employment. $64,000 – $81,426.
