POSITION AVAILABLE: Business Services Specialist – This position will specialize in payroll procedures.
POSITION LOCATION: Southwest West Central Service Cooperative (SWWC) with placement in Marshall, MN.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: The Business Services Specialist assists member districts with accounting procedures and financial reporting. This position may also provide payroll services, training, and assistance in the usage of the SMART systems accounting software.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Associate’s Degree and minimal experience in a job-related field OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a job-related field that enables performance of all aspects of this position. The applicant must also have a valid Driver’s License.
SALARY: Full-time position to begin as soon as possible. Beginning salary dependent upon qualifications, education and experience; includes benefits.
