Access is limited to Minnesota public education agencies such as districts, charter schools, education co-operatives. (See eligibility requirements.) Private employers and third-party agencies are not eligible for employer accounts. All requests for access will be verified for authenticity.

The following information is needed to complete this form:

Individual authorized to represent the submitting organization in publicly advertising employment opportunities.
Knowledge of how the submitting organization currently posts employment opportunities.
Preference for posting to mnschooljobs.org with manual entry versus automatic import. More informaion.
Names and email addresses of up to three individuals to be designated as users on mnschooljobs.org. Each unique email address can be associated with only one employer account. Individuals authorized to post for multiple employers must use a different email address for each employer.

Option 1 – Manual Entry

Option 2 – Automatic Import

Employers have two options for posting vacancies to MNSchoolJobs.org.

Option 1, Manual Entry: One or more designated users sign in to MNSchoolJobs.org to create and maintain job postings. Manual postings can last up to 60 days. There is no fee for posting vacancies to MNSchoolJobs.org. No fee.

Option 2, Automatic Import: Unlimited job postings automatically import from the applicant tracking system (ATS). Imported postings remain online until closed in the ATS. This option requires a supported ATS. Districts can also log in and manually manage job postings. $1,200 per year, prorated to a July 1st start for the following 12-month period. For example, invoices sent July 1st, 2024, will cover 7/1/24 to 7/1/25.

Frontline, TalentEd and other ATS users: You can choose Option 2 now. If the automatic import service is not currently in place for your district we will provide your user accounts first and notify you when we are ready to implement the automatic import service.

All users will have the ability to create, update, and remove job postings for the entire employer account.
