We provide your talent leadership team with secure online reports and analysis to show what works well, and what can be improved in your recruiting efforts.  The profile is based on an analysis of your talent management system and survey data.  It includes: candidate experience, most effective sources, results-producing colleges/universities & employers, and influential referrers.  Each of these measures is  presented for meaningful applicant cohorts, including by gender, and race and ethnicity.  Results are validated using online application data from successful hires.  Use the insights and analysis to support your strategic planning process.

The Candidate Insights service can be a one-time engagement to establish benchmarks in your organization, or performed annually, semiannually, or quarterly to support ongoing evaluation and improvement.   Each iteration can take up to two months to complete.   

In most cases, you’ll provide:

  • Access to your applicant tracking system and other appropriate talent selection and acquisition tools. A strong confidentiality agreement insures safety of candidate and selection data.
  • Facilitation and participation in periodic updates and communication with hiring team.
