There are a number of leading and lagging measures of success with applicant engagement.  The key performance indicators we focus on are: time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, application completion rate, application completion time, hiring stage drop-off rates, and candidate satisfaction.

Pricing for applicant engagement services is based on concurrent postings and starts at $5,000 per year.  Work can be scoped to position types, locations, or your entire organization.  We use your hiring guides and applicant tracking and other systems where possible to provide you with complete visibility into engagement activities.

In most cases you’ll provide:

  • careers@yourisd.org account to provide authentic interaction with candidates and the hiring team.
  • Access to your applicant tracking system and other appropriate talent selection and acquisition tools. A strong confidentiality agreement ensures the safety of candidate and selection data.
  • Facilitation and participation in periodic updates and communication with the hiring team.
